As part of our new wave of 2012, with better more stable services and features, we are striving to not revamp nor just relive what use to be once a great community but take this current great community and bring it to a level its never been and be truly the member rated top community in the world.

To do this we are implementing the best services and features we have ever had, easier to use, faster, more stable and reliable. We are going to hire and train carefully new staff focused on member satisfaction and not around whats in it for the staff member , but the gratification they get from bettering this community.

Starting March 1 2012. We will be using a unified rewards system of only Game Credits. Vote points will no longer be separate and be considered under our activity points system. So you will earn Activity Points per vote instead of Vote Points this will allow you to convert them into game credits.

Their will be one Rewards system instead of a separate vote and game credit system.

This will insure that everything is obtainable by earning it with activity points or for those who wish to support the community they can buy it.

Their will be a new bug tracker system that will keep track of reported bugs so you dont report the same bug and will expedite bug fixes. There will be an auto summary of bugs , list of fixed bugs and a changelog included in this new bugtracker.

And finally their will be a new Rewards System that will introduce a new online method of choosing and previewing rewards before they are sent to your characters mailbox. This new system will also implement a self assist system that will allow you to reset any reward not received and refund any reward not picked up, in case of mistake.

You will also be allowed to purchase gifts for other members!

As discussed Arena Heaven and Highrate Fun were taken offline for revamping, and will relaunch in the future. (No ETA) In the meantime enjoy the great new core on Blizzlike, Midrate and the all new Highrate Blizz realms providing great stability and fewer bugs then ever. The bug reports will be reset and removed and a fresh new bug reporting system will be implemented. Vote and GC rewards will be disabled as we give way to a new even better rewards system.

Important information.

NO Game Credit or Vote Rewards will be available as we implement a New System Soon! ( You guys will LOVE IT)
NO Activity Points will be awarded on a per hour basis anymore (You guys will LOVE the new Activity Points for Gaming)
No GMs will have initial GM Powers as a new system is implemented (STAFF WILL LOVE the new tools)

There have been a few concerns from some regarding the point system so I will give you guys a few tips.

The voting system is a very stable and balance rewarding program.

Tips:

1. Take your time and enter the captcha correctly. Voting to fast or incorrectly entering the captcha will flag the system to void your points.

Why? Because if you vote to fast it appears to be scripted, and if you enter the captcha incorrectly some sites do not prompt you to type it in again they just continue without counting the vote.

2. Do not use automated software , or clicking programs.

Why? The program is setup for those willing to take the time to vote manually , change their ip or proxy and then vote manually , since you have to work for it , you earn it.
Setting up an automated program or clicker is detected and points will not be applied.

3. Don't over do it. The system is in place to promote balance if you over do it in any 24 hour period you will not earn points after a certain point the system detects your surpassing the community average to keep the system fair no one user can exploit the system. (Voting you can potentially earn unlimited points as their is no set cap as long as you abide by our fair usage policy.)

4. Vote honestly be rewarded. Try to cheat and you will lose all your points. Note that sometimes you may get past the system and think you got away with it. I manually audit the system and anything that doesn't look right will be questioned. A community is about balance and even when we don't all see eye to eye its important to remember that its about trying to keep things fair for all. That's why here at NaxpGaming its not about the popularity or how many donations we can get but about giving you guys the opportunity to enjoy everything there is to enjoy without feeling you can not afford the extras others can buy. Here and only here can you earn everything we offer for free.
